Majesty- Cozy Cottage Christmas Series (Bedroom)

Hello there! I hope all is well! I am posting the last post of this series today! I truly hope you have enjoyed seeing this cottage and all of the furnishings. :) I got attached to this lil home. LOL I wanted this room to have more of  rustic cabin Christmas feel to it. I decorated more simply throughout the main parts of the house but the bedroom I just decided go big or go home! This cottage has a Rustic Christmas Glam theme and I feel anyone would fit in here. Male or Female. There is something for everyone. I wanted the Christmas trees in the bedroom. Why not? Always the living room is just so boring to me. Why do I have to wake up and go to the living room to see the Christmas lights that I won't see again until next year? I prefer seeing them as I go to sleep and wake up. I just love it yall so this room reflects that. Let me talk about this sleigh bed. You can easily stick this bed outside in the snow or on a patio by a nice fire. But, of course I wanted to use it in a bedroom as the main piece in the space. It was the inspiration for this bedroom. It's by Chez Moi and it's texture change! It's at the Shiny Shabby event until the 15th of this month. But, I am sure it will be at the mainstore after if you miss it. I went with the colors that called to me and Voila! I used the Brocante windmill decor as a extra headboard to be a little more dramatic but still rustic. I almost used curtains but changed my mind. I just feel they were not needed and the decor gives that dramatic feel without the need for curtains or drapes. I like the more open feel. These blinds from Sway's are truly my fav window treatments. You can have them closed or open and even up. I have been using them a lot and you can add curtains with them or just leave them as is like I did here.

There is some fantastic toys and plushes in here with Kalopsia and Ohmai. I am not a huge fan of using items not available because I know how that feels but I love my bear yall and he had to be in this space. LOL. My apologies. The bunny and drums are from Kalopsia. The Laq tree is an older one but still is gorgeous. It's just one of those timeless mesh items. I am deciding between a main pic of just the space or one I took with me on the bed. LOL I am indecisive right now I might have to poll some family and friends! I really hope yall liked this series set inside the Amelie cottage from Trompe Loeil! One thing I was not able to show you was room dividers. I used some in this home to cut up the space since it's open. It made this house go from a one room space to one with a 3 room separation. This will not be the last series I post. I also decorated another home that I will feature for you in the near future. I had to push it back. My client list is closed for decorating. But, I hope in the meantime my blog is a way to show suggestions to those of you that also love to decorate and want ideas or want to see new things for home decor. It it what keeps me going! I enjoy showing spaces and my fav new things on here. These houses we have in SL would cost millions sometimes in RL. We can have the space of our dreams on here.
