Majesty- Warm And Welcoming (Tropical Dining)
Hello there! I hope all is well my friends! I went full maximalism on this tropical and blue inspired dining room space! Featuring Chez Moi Toscana Dining set new to the Equal 10 event! I love dining room spaces, and I love just having fun with them! I added wallpaper, artwork, and tons of decor. I cannot forget my favorite cats from JIAN who also made an appearance. The gold chandelier was just me being dramatic. I just love it. With all of the lighting I used some of the lamps had to be off or it would be too bright. I used to love a bright windlight but now I tend to go for darker spaces with slightly illuminated lighting. One of my favorite PBR windlights sets the mood for me today while taking pics. I am guilty of using Non PBR items when given the chance. They force me to use PBR windlights to not have a blue hue on things. I love blue but it's more of a weird sterile blue hue. Hard to explain but you guys know what I mean. I don't like being limited and it's so many windlights I love that are not PBR. The color blue was my main pop of color when I started to decorate and then I added yellow and subtle green throughout. I also rezzed the food items that came with the Chez Moi set and added some extras from Dahlia, Broken arrow and others. Coffee and Soda machines from Fancy Decor. Please note I did modify some things. I added plants to the vases, resized some things and modded along the way to fit my vision. At the end of the day, I sat here and enjoyed the outcome. I hope you will as well!
I am working on a few posts to get out by the end of the month. Hopefully by the time you see this post I will be mostly done. But I literally live in these homes until I feel they are done. That type of process and OCD takes time. I want to wish everyone a blessed Easter holiday who celebrates it. I had no clue it was here so fast. I had hydrangeas and hydrangea limelight plants installed around the house last year. I don't know if y'all remember but I lost the fight trying to keep the hydrangeas alive. It was just too hot during the summer months. However, the lime lights fought, I was out there watering them any time I saw them droop! The weather this Spring has been so weird I decided NOT to get new hydrangeas planted. I am glad because I see people struggling with the cold air with them atm. My lime lights have greenery on the stems!! They appear to be coming back healthy. So, I am going to focus on them and wait until Fall to plant Hydrangeas. It's 80 degrees then 40 degrees. Horrible weather to grow new plants!Chez Moi Toscana Dining set- NEW at Equal 10- https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/equal10/234/127/89
